Cancellation of a reservation

 (1) A confirmed reservation can be changed / canceled free of charge 48 hours before the start of the rental period.

 (2) In case of cancellation / annulment  of a reservation less than 48 hours before the beginning of the rental period or in case of No-Show , DND Ltd. does not refund any part of the prepaid amount. In this case, the prepaid amount can be used for the next reservation;

(3) The online reservation can be canceled by the Renter through the following ways:

•  in the "My Profile" directory, select this  reservation  and press the cancel button;
• send an email to dichev.dilyan@gmail.com with a required number and date of the reservation;
•  call +359 887514921.

(4) The company reserves the right to refuse a reservation if it is impossible to provide the ordered car (or similar), and the amount paid by the Client will be fully refunded.

(5) DND Ltd. reserves the right to refuse a reservation at the time of receipt of the car, at the discretion of the duty Manager, and the prepaid amount will be refunded to the Renter

(6) Extension of car rental can be done through online application and payment via the website of the company or in the office of DND Ltd., at least one day in advance, before the expiration of the present lease agreement.

(6.1) The Renter is not entitled to drive a company car with an expired, non-renewed or unpaid rental contract. Otherwise DND Ltd. reserves the right to declare the car stolen / misappropriated by the Renter and to seek its rights in all legal ways to recover the amount at the market price of the car, along with all lost profits caused by the Renter

 (6.2) DND Ltd. reserves the right to refuse an application for extension of a rent.
